Returns & Refunds Policy

Warranty Policy

Most products come with a 12-month supplier warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items may offer extended warranties — please check individual listings for confirmation.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling
  • Damage during shipping
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  • Send an email to support@goodsava.com.
  • Include your Order ID, description of the issue, and photos/videos clearly showing the problem.
  • Do not dispose of the item or return it until further instructions are provided.

Important: Please do not open a PayPal dispute, as it may delay the resolution.

Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns for:

  • Health and safety products
  • Bulk purchases
  • Opened or used items

For other products, we may accept return requests if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

How to Submit a Return Request:

  • Send an email to support@goodsava.com.
  • Include photos or videos of the item in its original packaging, and explain your reason for return.
  • Wait for our team to provide instructions before sending the product back.

Do not send products back without approval.

Return Shipping and Fees

If your return is accepted:

  • A return label may be provided.
  • You will receive a refund of the item price and original shipping cost, minus:
    • Return shipping (if not pre-paid)
    • A 10% restocking fee

If your order hasn’t been delivered yet and you wish to cancel, please request a Return to Sender (RTS) via our portal. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to the supplier warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — processing times vary

If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goodsava.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@goodsava.com.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return label is provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
